3. Blister Molding: Precision heating and vacuum fitting to match specific car model floors.
4. Precision Trimming: Automatic and manual removal of excess edges for a perfect fit (±0.5mm error).
5. Surface Treatment: Anti-slip pattern pressing and wear-resistant coating application.
6. Quality Inspection: Rigorous testing for dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties.
