How is quality control managed?
Quality control is a critical link in our production. We attach great importance to quality from the start to the end of the process. Every product is strictly tested before packaging for shipment.
Can I request samples to check the quality?
We are happy to provide free samples. While postage fees (typically 30-50 dollars) are required initially, these fees will be refunded upon placement of a formal order. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is usually 1000sqm per color.
What is the expected delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery takes approximately 14 days after the deposit is received. We accept TT (30% deposit, 70% balance against BL copy) or L/C at sight.
Is OEM service available?
Yes, OEM services are available. You only need to provide your LOGO or other specific design requirements.
